Which is applied first, Cressida set bonus (+15% fire/water/ld) or any enchants that may have been slapped on (Moist, Hot, etc)?

I believe the bonuses come after (and I think it's 10%, not 15%).
Not 100% certain on this, but I think that's how it works. Too lazy to test ~_~

I have another question about the Cressida set and it seems to fit into this thread...kind of. I'm seeing a lot of RAs trying to get the set and I'm wondering if the set is actually better than the RA equips...? I'm not too sure how everything is worked out for the set, so yeah. It says +5 flame burst damage max for example, so does that mean it only gives 5% flame burst damage or what?

Cressida set + alchemy elemental title >>>>>>>>> RA set.
The +5 flame burst damage adds to the base 21-42 (at r1), and then multiplies with the charge multiplier.
For Cressida set, the +dmg from enchants is added before the Cressida +10%.

Ya i love my set. I am doing 1.5-1.7k full charge Flame Burst crits (sinngle hits) on HM Avon Missions and 900-1.4 crits on elite shadow missions (depends on mob)

Can someone explain how the bonuses add up in order to get 10 to achieve the effect? I understand pre-G13 things such as mana reduction and stuff, but since these new ones have more than 1 effect, I'm confused.

The new items have multiple set effects. Just like some old g12 and prior items, like Dustin and Valencia.
Cressedia for example has three. One set effect for life drain, one for fire, one for water. In order to get any benefit for a particular set effect, must have 10 just like the old ones.
