  Additionally, I updated the wiki on Frozen Blast. The angle of effect improves as you rank the skill. The angle of effect can be improved through standard cylinder upgrades while the maximum range can be improved through special upgrades.
  
  rF Frozen Blast (default) results in approx: 600x385 range
  r1 Frozen Blast (default) results in approx: 600x535 range
  r1 Frozen Blast (r+6) results in approx: 630x550 range
  r1 Frozen Blast (Freeze Effect Zone x2) results in approx: 600x780 range
  r1 Frozen Blast (R+6 w/Freeze Effect Zone x2) results in aprrox: 630x810 range
  r1 Frozen Blast (Freeze Effect Zone x2 + Freeze ES) results in approx: 600x1040 range
  r1 Frozen Blast (R+6 w/Freeze Effect Zone x2 + Freeze ES) results in approx: 630x1100 range

  
  
  Well, I have a concern. I'm uncertain as to whether or not the red special upgrade improves the maximum range of frozen blast by 30 units or rather, improves the freeze angle of frozen blast by 30 degrees.
  
  Does anyone have a clear answer?

  Should I switch back to alchemy destiny once I reach rank 5 enchant or keep at mage destiny, doing public service until rank 1? I really want to switch back to alchemy so I can continue training synthesis and get the chain cylinder master title, but I'm looking at the requirements for rank 5+ and even with public service, it seems as though it'll take a while.

  Since all of those skills take a long time to raise, destiny or no, you're no worse off either way.
  
  I have a Tidal Wave Cylinder that is now ready to be upgraded. What's the best path for it? higher Critical, because when I wield it with no enchants or titles I have only 25%, or more Water Damage? And then when I get to the special upgrades, which is better? Blue or Red?

  It seems like a good idea to keep going. If you're having fun while doing this over other ways, then keep rafting. And if you get lucky, you could find some rare items.

  If you want Abb Neagh, be prepared to spend a lot of money. The Residential area is a lot more popular than the others, so people will end up paying higher to guarantee a house. That being said, if you want a rough estimate to how much you are going to end up paying, I spent around 400k for a cheap house in Dugald Residential.

  It's once a month, but you get most of it back at the end. The only thing that you pay is weekly tax which depends on the house you have and the tax rate of the Area.

  I was wondering, does this only count when you have all stats level 40?
  or will I also get a small boost at all stats 20?
  I got all stats except luck 20+ so I was wondering if I should get luck to 20 for a damage boost.

  Angel according to the wiki your dragon blade will gain +damage from other stat starting from lvl 26 , and yeah luck too
