What's the best way to get exploration exp now?

Still the same stuff, rafting, HAB, exploring in Cor.

It's been a while. I never really did rafting, and I have no idea what HAB is.

hot-air ballooning.
I just explore in Cor, easiest out of the three to do.

From about 1~5-6 or so, if you have a two mounter pet (Preferably air/flyable pet), take Lost Elves until you get to about 5 or so, and I'm pretty sure 1-2 elves should do the trick. Find them from Rupe's Desert, since you find Lost Elves all the time there, instead of straying in the desert.
And then do the rest from Cor onwards, takes a bit to get to 15. At 13 is when it may feel slow, or when Voight starts failing all the artifacts that you find.
You should be Hot Air Ballooning if you can, since the rewards are more rewarding at times when you get enough stars. Otherwise, raft for exploration exp, it won't take more than an hour to hit 15 Explore at all.
If you had any statues from the Urns or whatever somewhere, you could also use those, but I highly doubt anyone saved some up unless they had a massive quantity of them.

Thanks guys! I've been skipping exploration since I came back, but I figured my stockpile of AP will run out soon and I should probably be taking advantage of it.

Lost elves seem like wayyy too much trouble... Simply one crystal orb in Cor will boost you to level 5-6.

Another question!
:whoops:
I've been trying to decide which life skills I want to start ranking, and I was wondering if there's any problem with ranking life skills high? Are there skills I should be ranking before I start doing life skills, for any reason? All I could think of was needing low dex for refine, but I'm not an archer, so I'm not even sure if that's required anymore. Refine might be one of the skills I rank, anyway.

Well, Refine may save you some money on Blacksmithing, since you'll need a lot of Ingots and all. Iron Ingots can easily be received through rafting, if lucky. Some materials you may be able to use Refine for them, so it's a decent idea. You'd also be missing out on some extra Dex you may want to go back to later, and it'll be a hellish life skill later too.
If you end up doing it too late, there's Scarecrow items you can get, and there's also the titles that -Dex, along with food that temporarily -Dex, and Production Failure Pots at most, along with a Persona. What a long list.
Weaving is ideal perhaps for around 250 dex or so, since it's all success and no failures for it. Production Mastery the obvious one, for extra success rate on all.

There's no problem with ranking Life Skills, except that quite a few of the are extremely expensive.
With Refine, you don't need fails in the higher ranks (unlike before; this was the most annoying part), so it's okay and probably important that you rank Production Mastery. You don't need to take it right up to 1 ASAP, because it'll rank itself as you rank life skills.
That's about it. Life skills are fun! Go rank them.

Or, just Handicraft Paper Cranes to speed rank up Production Mastery when you have the AP. :thumb:

If i RB'd Monday at 11 PM, would I need to wait until 11PM again on Sunday to RB, or just anytime Sunday?

I think it's 6 days and 1 hour after your rb, you can rb again.
