  How do people kill vhm girgashiy in less than 40 secs? Doesnt it cast mineral hail 40 second after the raid starts? And ive seen vidros of the killing process and it takes time to shield, spike, rage impact + support shot + blade, per blade. Is there a glitch theyre abusing? Or what?

  The prefix can't be easily bridged because the only bridge comes from content that is long forgotten by playerbase and not farmable for an individual (nao 20th bday gift).   You already asked the questions... like, really?
  You can't get Final Hit Max Damage over 10 on one handed weapons, period. Depending on your damage, ele 3 will prove to be the better reforge, but you should be looking at 580+ max for that, which by the way, isn't hard to get at all.
  
  I already did my explaining in the thread where you literally asked the same questions, I have no idea why you posted here. If that somehow still doesn't click to you, I don't know what else to tell you, but when there are bunch of much more experienced players telling you that ele 3 will be better, something should come into your mind.
  
  As for your second question, it's worth if you want the looks and the signature weapon. Otherwise, it's probably the most inefficient cylinder out there, effectiveness wise, not worth at all.

  Firebolt is 280% damage with just r1 masteries, so making it 295% is a 5% total damage increase. You'd probably get more firebolt damage out of 2 or 3 cheap max damage enchants.

  Wait, what!? I thought it Multiplies it by 0.15 so it would be (280*0.15=322%) 322% damage.

  Unfortunately nope, a number of damage increasing effects in Mabi add a small amount to an existing high multiplier and so turn out negligible.

  I barely noticed a difference using the set myself for firebolts. If you have the equip slots free and can obtain the set relatively easy I don't see why not though. It is a small bonus but still better than nothing.

  I'm guessing the same applies to Lightning Bolt's max charge damage bonus, as well as Trinity Staff's bolt bonus?

  Yeah but you lose potentially nothing by r5 -> r6 but by going heboner as a mage you lose:
  1. Fleet Feet.
  2. Rosemary Gloves.
  3. Chaser Circlet.

  Speaking of rosemaries, are those even obtainable anymore? Several months ago I spammed dozens of hard NKR. Not even a single web.

  Unless you want to spam NKR non-stop for 6 months of more with lots of help, it's better to just spend a few mil on gacha mats.
  
  Only a handful of people made rosemary with mats obtained via the "proper" in-game means as opposed to gacha or other and that was years ago.
