Honestly, considering first shot is only for starters, and doesn't add multiplier by itself, and with all the hassle you'd have to go through, I'd keep it.
True, thanks. I guess that saves me 10k nx lol.

Think about this way: you're getting +128% magmum damage (effectively a little less cause cc doesn't stack with bohemian) over 5 following skill usages by using support shot and spending $200.
Or could start with +100% magnum damage before even having to use the skill 5 more times by spending $0 and just spamming magnum without any combo card all along.
If you have to lose DPS to gain DPS, you'll break even and your combo card will just be "for showing pretty number in accomplishment thread" and nothing else. If that's the goal, then great! if not, then you better make sure every slot is either magnum or crash shot.

Should I keep the SS starter or go for CS / MS?
I'd personally go with all magnum since it means you can just mindlessly spam mag all day without worrying about wat u have to do to start the combo bonus. However unless ur lucky that last mag will be a pain in the ass to roll due to it being the last one.

@Rynn: Never thought of it that way. A bit too late for me though as I decided my luck's been crap, so I used a perm card and called it a day. [S]Although, since SS fires pretty fast and is maybe almost 80-90% extra for the next shot (with bohemian and without master title on), could that possibly lessen if not almost negate the effect of spamming MS alone?[/S] I just found out after the 6th bonus you can reset it again immediately. Eh, it's ok.
@Syliara: Yeah...was thinking that too considering how long it took to get my 5th slot.

SS only affects melee hits, so it's not boosting your damage, just lowering DPS by being included in rotation.

Ah damn, that's true. If it did include archery hits, would that have made a difference?

If it did yes, but at that point the combo card would be better if it was ss mag ss mag ss mag.

Ah...I see. Maybe if I somehow get the chance to make another perma I'll make a full mag card. Thanks

So I always see people spamming messages in the <PARTY> channel, but I can't write in it when I open the chat with L. [S]Am I missing something?[/S] What am I missing? How do I write in the <PARTY> channel?

You don't specifically write there, that's where dungeon parties show up. Make a dungeon party, fill in the info with whatever,
then as long as the party join is up it'll periodically advertise itself there.

Though you can glitch it so that even if its not up it will show in that chat indefinitely.

It's the "dungeon" party, where you just set up the party as dungeon party. Most of the messages that show up are personal ads. You can keep this going forever by making a dungeon party, switching channel and then back.

Thanks for the replies! This will be really helpful next time I loot one of those Fomor Passes for X persons.

So just to clarify: does the message pop up in the party channel whenever I switch ch or did you mean that if I'm in ch7, set up a dungeon party, switch to ch6 and then back to ch7 the message will repeat itself in a loop?
