You're getting ridiculous at this point, it's like you're trying to not improve your max damage. I'm telling you the best options available for the moment, even if it seems a bit far fetched.

I can grab a secondary blade-only outfit, I'm just trying to think in terms of normal content where I would want real ping armor and optimize around filling out the gaps in that first before I start making substitutions all over the place. I have a decent enchant on that already so it's much lower priority than the slots I have nothing on.
Ping isn't that important. If ping really means that much to you, you should be getting a Royal Knight Armor with enchants (both of which are not hard to do). You should know by now "decent" is not enough.

When I say 70 prot I mean 70 effective prot, not actual 70 stat. You know that. You know how high mob prot gets and the crit needed to bypass it.
This is the most ridiculous statement of all. Have you actually looked up what this mean and what has it? It seems like you're just making this up and spewing out there, because here's the reality:

That's from the table of value of protection to damage reduction, the left being protection, and right being damage reduction. You know which has this defensive stat? Black Dragon.
So you're telling me, that your normal contents consist of going around and "cutting through" all the Black Dragons? There isn't a spawn of mob where you get mobs of these defensive stats when it comes to things like Abyss, Alban, etc. The highest defensive stats from regular field mobs you can find are in Scathach Beach.
Even if we pretend your statement is right, you're looking at 170% crit needed, which honestly, isn't very hard.

See that? I'm not even a master fighter. And using my gears, I'm still able to get to 230 crit with my swords, 180 with my lance, you get the idea. You don't need much stats to reach the crit, and only crit I get from my enchants are Solo and sometimes weapon enchants (most of the time not)

I'm not made of gold. When totem events come up of course I try to get a higher damage one, but there's zero chance I could afford whatever people are charging for a maxed out one right now. Same goes for 67. Maybe one exists, but it's a relic at this point and I'm not even scratching the price.
Then make the gold. You can't keep be making up excuses. Find a way that will get your gold game up efficiently, a good way is doing Catchapon event right now.

Ok I looked it up. Limit breaker apparently sucks anyway. I don't see any information claiming you need to enter solo tho. And again, no. 450 AP for 3 max damage. I could spend that AP making a ton more progress towards cap str instead. Once again, you fail to understand priorities. I'm not ttl 20k with everything r1. I can get around to that eventually once I'm out of better options for pushing my range, but right now that is a pure waste of AP.
The lance will come with time. The droprate is shit, but the boxes will eventually get me the crystals etc I need. Meanwhile time won't restore 67s to the market unless Nexon re-releases them under a new name.
450 AP for 3 more universal max, and a title that works for all classes, especially if you can get capped stats. Not to mention it's a good skill to have in general.
And I'm not a capped out player with 20k total that has everything rank 1 either, and that's not a prereq for you to start using the shock title. I just happen to be a player that invested more into few skillsets and learned to being effective for how much AP I spent.
For the lance comment, you're missing the point. If you're aiming to get an end game weapon, make other parts of yourself end game (or close to it) as well, because a Divine Lance in hands of a player with mediocre caliber will not function very well.
