Well, you got shit because 0 points, that's the same for any raid though. Basically anything that's above 1 will get you something. So it is a coincidence that you got Champion at 5k because by your logic, 8k point should net you significantly higher chance of getting Backbreaking and Burlesque, but that's clearly not the case. You getting shit at 0 point isn't a coincidence because that's literally how the system works.

Should I go for Master Mage (and other INT skills) before Master Dual Gun? ("Senior Dual Gun and Skilled Mage" atm to help with an estimate of my current skills)
*Level: 6.1k*
My stats are (the ones in parenthesis in the character window):
STR: 690
INT: 340
DEX: 438
WIL: 594
LUK: 111
Just dont know which one will help me best nowadays, before dual gun was pretty helpful and high end tier and such but mage seems very useful in endgame stuff. HELP PLS.

on mobile so sorry in advance but i believe that it would be a good idea to master mage first. the int you get from ranking mage skills can help your dual gun damage (i dont remember shit anymore but i think guns scaled off int and str). also, ranking guns tend to raise ur cp a lot (all dat hp bruh), which would make ranking ur mage skills more difficult. so yeh. do mage first.

340 is pretty low int for 6k total. You definitely should rank Magic first. And if you haven't already - Musical Knowledge and Composing.

Thanks very much guys.
I did some math and i can get master without ranking IS, HS, Ice Mastery, all the 3 Merlin skills beyond rank F and staying at my current r5 enchant. Or do I "need" any of those skills for a good ap/int ratio atm? Also, im thinking of getting r1 MK, composing, herbalism and potion making before any high AP consuming skills for low int.

Is it possible to enter and run the Renes Egg Minigame with a Squad instead of a normal party?

No idea buddy, but you might have found out by now. :S
I've seen posts stating that the Scooter is the best pet for tanking with Divine Link. Will the Scooter Imp be just as good? I noticed it only has 20% protection compared to the Scooter's 50%, but it's 400hp more than double the Scooter's (200hp).
Thank you very mucho. :D

ironwoman wrote on 2016-11-25 13:43
I wouldn't say it is. First, you got the protection part. Second, base stat isn't really that important especially if there is a big difference in protection, since stat per level up will get the pet to higher hp anyway. And third, Scooter Imp has a terribly short summon time, at least compared to the regular Scooter.
All things considered, Scooter wins.

Thanks a lot. I missed having your big brain around. <3
One more question; where do I go farm Awakened Fragments? Wiki seems unsure about it and not much information from a google search. I've ran Peaca Basic some 20 times and I haven't gotten any. q_q

It is supposed to be a rarer drop, so not having a drop after 20 runs sounds about right. The wiki is right about the drops, but from my experience it drops the most from advanced hardmode dungeons but also note that they're also the dungeons I ran the most.

I maxed mage branch and I'm almost done with gunner. I have music and magic craft r1 except for composing.
How can I increase my damage without spending nx on reforges? I know lvl20 icespear reforges are op but I can't buy / gamble for them.
Edit: I have meteor master and Aol asuna title too.

When you're crafting a weapon, in this case the Celtic Tetra Cylinder, and it says 13% completion per attempt, how high can you rise that and through which means?
I know that being in a production party can raise it, but do certain titles, or the Patron Set affect it?
I'm just trying to roughly calculate how many more materials I'll need. At 13%, I'll need 8x materials but if I got it up to 20%/attempt, then I'd only need 5x. Which would be so much more affordable :D
Thanks in advance for replies, and I apologize if I didn't ask my question in the most efficient format. Words are hard.

So uhh, I have a really silly opinion-oriented question....
Say you're a human, and plan on making a giant or elf for the race exclusive features. Would you make it on your main account or another account?
If made on the main account, pets, items, gold, etc. are easily accessible, but you'll lose the opportunity of events excluded to a single character (like how the 8th anni fantasia title was, and weekend giveaways), and cannot carry the alt to power level yourself.
Although I know about elves, I'm pretty much clueless on giants, so here's a few more questions:
Any reason not to wear heavy armor as a giant?
Fanatic Greatsword or Knight Lance? (In terms of viability and cost of required enchants, specifically, 67th floor's enchant)
Any general tips for someone who knows close to nothing about giants?
Thanks in advance!

Definitely would keep it on my main account/server. All the pets I have would be for naught if I were to move to a new server. Pets are great in this game because they never expire unlike other MMOs and they have bag space, [S]not to mention those people with over 30 clouds are practically invincible.[/S]

The only reason to not wear Heavy Armor is that you're a Puppet Main but that's just silly even to not wear Heavy Armor as a Giant. The dex reduction on Giants is very low (10%) so you would barely notice damage dips and not to mention the highest Damage enchants are available only on Heavy Armors (Stabbing, Conceptual, etc) although this may have changed since I last played.
Knight Lance shouldn't be on your list as endgame as Languhiris Bone-Breaker or Demonic Oculus Lance would be better, but in my opinion I never liked using Lances. Not to mention the new Destruction Robe gives 3 Piercing which when paired with a 67th Floor Fanatic would give 7 Piercing which is already a mini-Lance that allows usage of Defense/Counter and no min-distance attacks. Also Bash is top with Fanatic Greatsword as opposed to Lances that are stuck with Smash/Lance Charge. Even an un-reforged Fanatic Greatsword can out DPS a 4 Ele Step 5 R Lance's Smash spam due to the double Bash mechanic.
Thanks in advance!
As for tips/general knowledge for Giant play:
*Giants CAN do Magic, so ignore those people who say otherwise (more info if requested)
*As usual train WM/Refining and those other CP/Stat reliant skills there are out there by now first before getting too high stats/levels
*No Archery Talent so there's no access to 2500+ Range attacks but Throwing Attack can effectively do over 10k crits when you're higher level but Giant mains typically wont use it in main contents unless needed (e.g. Blade Wyverns)
*Don't waste your time profing or enchanting a 1 Handed Sword. Giants hold all Two Handed Swords as one-handed so you get the Smash bonus along with access to 2H Wep enchants that 1H Swords don't have. Also despite its size Vales Great Sword is a 1H weapon
*Vales Shield is the only Large Shield so far in the game and using Defense with it causes almost every attack to do only 1 Damage to you, Defense doesn't cancel either against skills that knock you back and ignores Defense such as Fireball and Smash. Some exceptions to this is Girgashiy's Mineral Hail
*Giants can only dual wield blunt weapons. I believe the better ones to dual wield are Warhammers or Celtic Warhammers. Iron Maces are also a common choice but they cannot be special upgraded
*Giants can charge without needing a Shield
Other tidbits I may have missed can be found
here.

1. Make it on your main, because pets are simply too good of get out of jail free cards to pass, and if you were to make a new account, you'd need to spam the hell out of saga just to get 6 free stun pets. The single character event shouldn't matter much because many items gained through single character events are bank transferable.
2. Only reasons to not wear heavy armor is because puppets and attack speed, but neither of them are really good reasons. You're not using puppet for damage purposes so dex reduction doesn't matter as much. Attack speed only really benefits guns, and there are still many ways to get attack speed without using languhiris armor.
3. Fanatic Greatsword. Knight Lance isn't a relevant weapon anymore for anyone. Plus Fanatic Greatsword can still function well without 67th floor's
4. Just know about the upcoming Giant buffs, and gear up to fit those advantages. Not really different from playing any race.
