Does it clean registry? And like is there anything that tells me when drivers need to be updated? To lazy to do it manually and it would be very helpful

Well, windows update on W7 does drivers for you. Registry cleaners I have no idea about since I never want to clean my own owo;

And by the way, if you have that problem, then you have a virus. I suggest you delete the offending file, or restore your computer if you can't do that.

Personally, I use ESET Smart Security. Best antivirus out of all of them, but you have to pay for it.
