G13 info came out around July/Augest in KR servers although I'm not sure when S2 came but I have a feeling that it came out after these threads were made:

Yes it's currently not out yet. I (and im sure others) asked GM's during the nexon live chat why these weren't out and if they were planning to release them, it's possible they will be released with G13S2. However don't put it past them to not release them. We never got spirit weapon blessing potions either
