I was able to get back into my old email that I use for my current account, and even though I spent over 10k NX (Tigers,a horse,cats etc.), I never got the code. Nexon's just being themselves,like they always are. Lazy and ignorant. Another problem is the Tiger Hat code. It's not in my emails,so where is it?

Sapphireoath gave me this Shark Robe Seal code, said it was correct but something is wrong with it, and to contact customer support. As if they would do anything about it :/

Couple of my friends just got theirs... 3 sets of 20k and 1 with 25k... i dont get it they say 5k... yet people getting 10, 15,20,25, 3....k nx.. is just messed wth nexon?
