Ive been invited to particapate in a pageant for miss america or something like that.
A few problems.
1. They say that i was recomended by someone who thinks highly of me, yet my last name is mispelled
2.Its a pageant for girls, i am male.
3.Im a FREAKING GUY
I think people see the name christen and assume its a girl, ive had teachers on the first day call out chris-tina instead of chris-ten(10, not tina)
This is the biggest facepalm since i got invited to an all girls summer camp last month.

If there is she sure doesnt live at my address, in my town, where the mail is being sent to.
I realy want to go and strangle whoever sends invitations to pageants and saying stuff like "you have been referred as someone who has an interest in learning new skills that will help empower and enable you to accomplish your future goals" anyone who knows me knows that my future goals do not include entering a pageant for girls, and anyone who knows me and knows my last name knows how to spell it right, and wouldnt refer me to a freaking pageant.
Im only angry cause this is the third letter this year inviting me to a girls summer camp or glee club or something else like that.

Well... your name is pretty ambiguous .-.;
My mom is the head of the household, and telemarketers are always asking for Mister so and so.
Given that they just pull names out from a directory/list, they're going to make assumptions.

Does it require an entrance fee?
Possibly a scam?
