Guild Officers, Numbers and Powers

My guild is looking to set up some additional leadership and we were wondering a couple things

A: Can there be more than one officer per guild, and if there can be how do you make them, because currently my leader can't figure it out.

B: What powers does an officer have if any?

No there cannot be more than one officer.

As far as i know they can only accept members. But if you're guild is organized they should have power over members, sorta like host guild runs and stuff, and they have to listen to him/her i guess.

Senior members can be assigned as well, but they have no power besides the title.

An idea we used in my old guild was rotating officers if there really was multiple people requesting it.
