Enchant Help needed. How to get this bridge.

Enchant Scroll (Bishop) Yes

It says Bishop as location...what in the world does that mean??

Bishop is a chess piece monster from the Sliab Cuilin Housing Castle dungeon.

The housing area is located east of Taillteann and then north of Sliab Cuilin.

So it's safe to say that is a yes. Unless they left it out for whatever reason.
