Was wondering if it's possible to replace Vindictus BGM, like how it's possible to replace Mabi's?
Atm I'm too scared to touch anything in the Vindictus folder at all, because last time I copied the client to my desktop and it was pretty much broken and I had to reinstall. xD
Much help would be appreciated, thankss

You can but isn't that considered modding?
Well, it shouldn't...it's just a small your side only thing and it doesn't affec the computer....so....yeah, it's possible.

It is considered modding, to an extent, but isn't also removing the sound files from your game folder?
I don't see the problem. We've had BGM/music/sounds packs before, both here and at the Guru.
About the OP, I dunno too much. Maybe someone else can help ya.

There is a BGM folder, so I would imagine you could easily replace the music. Though the songs are in different formats, i.e. .wav and .mp3. So you might want to keep the formats the same, if you do try to replace the music.

You can swap the town BGMs pretty easily by just naming the new song file the same as the old one (make sure it's .mp3), but this only works for the Colhen town and inn BGMs.
For the others it's not as simple since the game needs to loop the song, and if it's too big of a file your game will lag (or the music will just sound terrible). Also needs to be a .wav.

I've been working on replacing most of the mission bgms with devil may cry bgm, if we're allowed I could put it up for DL if anyone is interested, as to how..
I use Sony Acid to render .WAVs to under 20,000 KB (important), Setup a "Region" for desired loop section
