  It's a variation of the Cutter copy ability melee attack mixed with a Scimitar. It's called Final Cutter, I think, although they changed it to just a downward slash in this one.

  I still remember when they upped his vacuum's strength in Kirby and the Amazing Mirror. But now it's REALLY powerful. "Major suckage"! (in a good way!)

  By canon he's supposed to be able to suck up anything within visible sight basically.
  
  He's just super nerfed in gameplay for the same of gameplay.
  
  Oh, and if we're discussing Kirby's ultimate attacks, Crash attack is definitely his strongest.

  I mean look at that! Its so powerful that it BLOWS the skin away from the bones!
  
  To be honest, I rather would've taken Mike or Paint abilities over Cook in Brawl for his Final Smash.
