I followed your rules. Now follow your own! Sign up today!
This petition is GM approved, which means they are watching.

Nexon can't "steal" an account, because all the accounts belong to them. They could delete/ban everyone's accounts right now and it wouldn't be illegal, because they have the right to do whatever they want to their property.
Anyway, there protests are starting to get boring. One person speaks up about something that "needs to be changed" and then everyone else jumps on the bandwagon.

Err... I guess some people are blind to the patches and the problems that they do fixed. They too focused on the problems that aren't being addresses. They complain about not fixing stuff yet at the same time they complain when an event gets fixed? Some players seems to want everything both ways.
I think the some players needs to be fixed.
This (insert whatever company) needs higher quality service complaint gets old really fast.

Exactly. People are always going to complain when they don't get their way, even if their way isn't logical.

The problem is Nexon can't please everyone. It is downright impossible. Every change they make has to be a balanced weighting in of how many customers they think will be pleased by the change and how many will be pissed off, and by to what magnitude.
No matter what they do be it thing A, thing B, thing C, or D none of the above, someone is going to be pissed, someone is (hopefully) going to like it.

Isn't that the way protests work? I direct you to Martin Luther King and Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi.

Not signing anything since we know its pointless. Plus i have absolutely no clue what that player did to get banned. And nexon isn't to go around banning for every little motive so if he's banned, it was something bad enough to catch GM attention

You know...
It would be kind of nice if Nexon had a kind of "Live Support" instead of just the ticket system.

THe cost would be very large. especcialy considering the amount of players they have, they'd lose a lot of money to employees they would need to hire for live support. and their not as big as Toshiba or microsoft so i dont think they can afford live support (unless they hire the foreign people who get payed for 75 cents an hour *sigh*)

I'll sign it, but theres nothing to sign, and such a thing won't truly do anytihng.
Besides I hate the Nexon forums, they are the proof that NA nexon doesn't give a sh*t. Are there even moderators there?

Wrong. Even in World of Warcraft Terms of Agreement says this:
Quote from Blizzard WoW ToA:
Ownership.
All rights and title in and to the Service (including without limitation any user accounts, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catch phrases, locations, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, any related documentation, “applets,†transcripts of the chat rooms, character profile information, recordings of games) are owned by Blizzard or its licensors. The Game and the Service are protected by United States and international laws, and may contain certain licensed materials in which Blizzard’s licensors may enforce their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement.
Never in any game will they let the player actually own anything. Everything belongs to the company. It is stupid to let player consider anything inside the game "their own".
Also, they put the following in caps to make sure people understand:
Quote from Blizzard:
No Ownership Rights in Account.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN ANY ACCOUNT STORED OR HOSTED ON A BLIZZARD SYSTEM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY BNET ACCOUNT OR WORLD OF WARCRAFT ACCOUNT, AND YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO SUCH ACCOUNTS ARE AND SHALL FOREVER BE OWNED BY AND INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF BLIZZARD.
In short, any company can ban you for whatever they please.

He let his friend use his account for a different game, and they thought his friend was hacking, so they locked it. He tried to contact them and ask them to unlock it, but so far nothing has happened. He has given up now, pretty much. He just made a new char.

So how did we know if his friend was really hacking or not hacking on the other game? How will Nexon knows if it was him or his friend playing during that time? They tell people not to share accounts anyways for security reasons.
