@Kaz
Like I said, all I did was take the stock for that one and use a few effects on it to see what it would look like as a sig. Rendering that would be a pain in the ass since I'd have to manually fix all the red line effects and etc. Didn't intend for it to have a harsh effect like that though, but for some reason the image didn't come out the way I did it in Photoshop :/
Here's the stock image for the second one :

@Xiya
That's pretty much all I did since I was fooling around with these and have no brushes o3o; Except your wrong for a few things :
1st one :
Paste stock four times, use overlay and soft light on two of them. Multiply on one of them. Smudged the Overlay and Soft light slightly, lowered opacity on all of them.
Use BG once, no alterations. Use two effects from a game with overlay on one of them and soft light on the other. Lowered Opacity.
Gradient Maps and Photo Philter.
Placed text where there is a faint ray of light.
2nd one :
Resize and use stock once.
Use one effect from a game. Use a Gradient Map and merge it with the Gradient Map before placing it into the sig. Apply Soft Light and lower opacity.
Lines from the sig came with the stock, if you saw the whole stock you would see why.
Used a Black and White Gradient map to lower the harsh effects (Well, for some reason the Gradient Map showed a more Sepia tone so I went with it, but in the end it saved as a Black and White Gradient Map).
