Petition for a better nexon

  Please sign this petition for a better support system in nexon american. I had my total 1.3k account taken away from me for no reason 2 months ago. That account had 200k nx put into it + i never broke a single rule. Nexon doesn't know that stealing is illegal. It needs to be taught a lesson.
  We protest for months and years for better service without a reply, but as soon as people start exploiting some darn event nexon hops on it like a dog in heat. All they care about is money and they need to at least meet us halfway. We fill their pockets, so that means we can empty them too!Spread this all around wherever you can. Gamers far and wide we are a force to be reckoned with so unite for a better system.

  It was right for Nexon to disallow you access to your account. They didn't know your friend wasn't hacking, and we don't know that either.

  Thanks For your support we are just short of 100 signers. I have been banned from nexon's forums for doing something GM approved lol. I guess they are listening, they just don't care

  Me making a point isn't trolling. Nexon didn't steal your account because they own your account. You shouldn't have given your info away to your friend. Nexon made the right move, because in the end they were covering for you.

  I mean, they do give refunds, even though they're not always happy about it.
  
  I hope you do get your money back. Keep trying. Keep annoying them. Of course, be professional about the situation. If you have a phone number you can call, call it. Keep reminding them so that way they don't forget who you are and what you want.

  I know they can't appeal to everyone. Its just they need to appeal to the majority or atleast 30%. Not 10%. I Mean even gold selling sites have a chat or phone line support of some kind. It can't be hard to hire some indian people to work a couple comps. or phones. (not to be racist)

  In the end, you may want to have all these things refunded, granted the idea that you didn't use 'em or break 'em or anything, right? Should be an easy refund. Just need a little bit of talking with the companies whose items were purchased and maybe the bank who lent ya the credit card.

  You didn't use the NX. They banned your account (for what exactly again?). You want your money back.
  
  Makes sense to me, especially since they're not willing to unban him so he can use the money he bought legitimately.
