That only happens when someone leaves.
Person leaves after 100 coupons are passed out -> new person enters -> gets #101

it's 100. numbers over 100 are because people have either left or disconnected, so you're replacing their slot.

It's always packed, even in random channels, which further added to my confusion xD
I thought it was changed at the G13 patch or something which is why I was wondering. Seemed logical.

EDIT: also... i checked channels 1,3,4,5,6,7 were all filled at the 23 minute mark in... i just got a coupon in ch 2 around 27 minute mark... and i was # 89 >.>
