Well Kobolds just turned normal
The sand mimics, masks and 1200 cp monsters (black phythons, bronze armor hounds) have turned strong, others are awful.
So I need a place for boss kills, ( I know zombies are where to go, but i can't get to tnn right now. )

The best places to train Windmill would definitely be the zombies at TNN, or Their Method. If you can't do either of those, then you probably shouldn't be training Windmill until you can do them.

rank 2 wm should be plenty powerful to take on the likes of karu. look in the guides section for Zyrus' guide on building your own cp gear. Getting a -100cp light armor and/or gloves is a really easy process. It might seem like it takes a bit of time, and might think of it as slowing down your wm training to take that time, but realize cp gear is a permanent investment in your character. People try to say WM is the only cp-reliant skill that matters, but it isn't a matter of making one "hard" skill bearable anymore, it is about making "medium" skills easy.
If you have a bit of money saved up, an abysmal pot should be pretty cheap these days and is -500 cp. Or you can make one yourself following that same guide, though it is a bit more complicated than the above suggestions. Knocking your ~600cp down to 1 will make raccoons into boss.
