1) I'm a level 2xx Elf, with Rank 1 range so could I get some suggestions as for what I should be killing & what dungeons I should be running?

2) What skill should I try and rank. I have critical at rank 6, Magnum at 8, Crash Shot at C, and that's pretty much it. I haven't gotten Mirage yet. .___. So would that be what i'm supposed to be getting right now, or should I get WM... which I hate training.

1. Run Shadow Cast City, Shadow Warrior and Stones of Silab Cullin for experience. Theater missions will net decent experience. Ciar Basic and Rabbie Normal will also work.
2. Rank Critical Hit whenever possible. Rank Refine as soon as possible. After Refine is at r1, start ranking Magnum Shot all the way to r1 alongside Production Mastery. Rank Crash Shot to r5 so that you can efficiently raft for exploration experience. Those goals will likely keep you occupied for a while.
3. Church PTJs, Rabbie Normal/Basic (Thunder page 4/Red crossbow), Math Normal (leather), Theater Mission rare drops, etc.

Get it ASAP. There's no reason NOT to get it right away, and the sooner you do, the sooner you can max out your transformation skills. You should also consider ranking Mirage ASAP. It's (situationally) useful, it gives good DEX, and it's CP-dependent so training it will only get ridiculously hard later on unless you have access to -CP gear (abysmal shield doesn't count for obvious reasons).

Just a small input, when ranking refine you can leave it at R2 Mythril fails since the success rate for gold plates is pretty low without high dex and a decent ranked production mastery.
