Artisan Upgrade For Dittes?

I'm wondering if i can get an Artisan upgrade for my dittes wand. Ont he wiki it doesn't say that it can. Could it finally be the time to throw this old thing away?

Also what would be more proper for a Lightning Wand A full stone upgrade for a total of +21% Damage, Or 312% damage on critical? I'm thinking critical, but who knows lol.

Edit: ok so wait if i did the math it would average out as +104% damage per hit if i use crit, so that was a stupid question.

You have a Dittes wand. If the wiki doesn't say, then get it to 4/5 upgrades and check all the NPC's that can repair wands to see if it can be artisan upgraded. It probably can.
