Manual Pet Training Locales

  While I imagine having a pet out at the point of death for a field boss is a good way to train it, if you aren't particularly good at keeping track of field bosses/being on when they spawn, then your only choice is to train it directly.
  
  I continually hear people suggesting Black Mongooses with title as the ideal training spot, but I'm not so sure that's the most viable path these days (I wasn't sure back then either). Sure, maybe for early leveling, but still. And that's under the assumption that you have premium service if I'm not mistaken to avoid camping penalty.
  
  I've found better success in Rundal, particularly for those who do not neglect their pets' training. The pirate skeletons have retained their xp rewards, but their hp and damage have been nerfed considerably (non-hooked pirate skeletons have less than 140 hp now, whereas hooked pirate skeletons have no more than 300 hp these days; although, I think hooked skeles might not have had a change in hp, but their damage has DEFINITELY gone down). Around lvl 53 now, and my Snow Tiger is still gaining about 1.2 levels per session. I realize the effectiveness is also dependent heavily on the pet's experience multiplier, but Snow Tiger has the same multilplier as Silver Fox, but significantly shorter time span. For the past 15 lvls or so, I've been able to run 2.5 Rundals before my pet's time is up, and certainly at least 2.
  
  What say you guys? Is there an even better place for manual pet training than Rundal?

  It might be a bit late for my tiger to benefit from that, but that's definitely food for thought down the line. Also a bit dependent on Adv. passes popping up or on NX for unrestricteds and a second person willing to spend an hour and a half partying with my pet, but it's definitely something I could consider.

  Go to the Connous Bears, bring a friend, have that friend kill 'em, you finish them (with the Anyone to Finish + All to Finish experience rules).

  unless pets cant enter shadow missions fooey..lol

  I agree with the bears, I've been leveling my tiger on mongooses and it has gone progressively slower.
  Haven't tried bears yet.

  I don't know why but black mongooses seem to spawn less, especially those with titles.
  
  I'm just waiting for the next 2x exp event before I train my next pet.

  Pets can't enter Shadow Missions, period. Basic or not.

  Although my Borzoi could almost enter Advanced missions.
