These guys want to hear it. They wrote an article about nexon and would like nexon customers to send in complaints via email. The article is old, but if they get enough emails about nexon maybe they'll write again.
The article:
http://consumerist.com/2010/03/nexon-isnt-the-worst-company-in-america-but-that-doesnt-make-it-good.html
Don't be rude or bash nexon. Be polite and accurate with your complaint(s) and use proper English so that they actually take the time to read it and possibly write about it. Also avoid telling stories of things that didn't affect you, tell them about problems you personally had, like lost items, unfair bans, long wait times for support (or lack thereof)...
Make sure the email subject identifies that it is about nexon america.
Their email is:

Yeah the article is old but these guys write about companies and stuff, so if they get a sudden rise in nexon related emails maybe they'll do something once more and nexon will get their sh*t together.
The BBB doesn't seem to be enough, and sending them tickets or spamming their forums does nothing.

Could this be useful if it was posted on the actual Nexon forums?

They'd be flooded with spammers that simply state "NEXON SUCKS, GG"

Wouldn't that be the worst time to do it?

Well, the thing is, I wouldn't be in a crappy mood unless something happened, so if I'm in a good mood, it means I have nothing to complain about, and nothing to e-mail them about, basically.

Honestly, they seem to have improved a lot recently. This most current incident saw them taking an immediate and effective response towards getting it patched, at least, as good as it gets when your devteam is overseas and 12 hours ahead.

I like how quickly they responded, though we have yet to see how they will correct the situation.
Fixing the bug is fine, but what about the damage that has been done already?
Will they actually investigate and ban the correct people and do their best efforts to remove duplicated items, or will they run a database query and ban anyone who did X during X period of time regardless of them being involved or not? If someone purchased a duplicated item in someone's personal shop and had no clue, will they be banned?
If they handle the part that matters well I'll have +1 respect point for them, giving them a total of 0.

Lol @ 0.
I wish they still were a better company that actually took better care of their games..

Yeah, I've got my fingers crossed on their follow-up...
I just wanted to remind people that if we complain about things already fixed, it makes the complaints less credible. We'd have to keep it current.
