So ever have this happen to you?

  So Im lazing about.... doing nothing rlly... when all of a sudden i see "A Prarie dragon has appeared" etc etc... so im like hmmm... so i head over and no 1 is there.... 5 seconds later another person shows up... we join party together... were killin the thing doin pretty good all things considered... its down to 1/2 hp.... a guy named rappard comes by some of you may know him based by his guild... "Dreams" ~sigh~ anyways me and the other person keep killing it.... .... by time its dead.. the kill is rappards... he kills it... walks off with the exp... and he prob did 5% dmg to it... god... I hate them.... 2. When humans can fh.. with daggers and a fast set... (then complain about unfairness?) anyways... just a little... problem with that thats all... >.>
  
  I mean cause dmg... i can compete with.... but when 95% of all field bosses are based off hits... and humans can ignore pings with fh.. and hit fast with daggers... its just broken a lil (elves at least stand a slight chance)
  
  Humans... you may complain about your slow walking speed or having lower str then a giant (which is only 7 less anyways) but you can kill field bosses.. over every 1 else ~_~

  Giants with knuckles were faster than humans with dual daggers before the sets came out, never really tested with the sets so I can't say for sure.
  What happened to you is why you should always aim for a high amount of hits even if you don't have competition.
  
  Elves with r1 range and short bow can definitely compete with humans on pd/rd/dd ...as long as they're pinned.

  i was originally going for hits.. but with only 2 ppl
  dmg was more of a concern... :/ i didnt want the thing poofing at 3% hp...
  plus cant humans ignore the dragons PD with fh? (severe advantage imo)

  I stopped field-bossing after I gave up my human. Happened to me at a Giant Lion before though.

  FH is limited, elves can ignore the pings with range and giants hit faster normally.
  If you had two people then damage shouldn't be much of an issue, I was soloing it before with normals without trans and I still took it down to less than half.
  
  Well that's assuming it didn't go nuts with people windmilling.

  I agree, even with final hit humans are at a disadvantage against elves at ping bosses

  Never happened to me; I prefer getting the item over the exp or gold, and I usually lag too much to get the field boss finish

  1m exp for 5 minutes of work is a better deal than most of the crap you get from field bosses.
