Fill out the form like this:

Once a GM has responded to your ticket and checked that you have indeed lost your item, you will receive a stock version in your mailbox.

Yup you get your stuff back. Last time i lost 20dye amps from trading someone and guess what i got back? 20ugly colored fixed dyes. All orange/purple/brown

Also the fact that i bought a wooden needle ES*crash* and i get a enchant scroll with no enchants on it whatsoever.

epic. Yeah I lost a lilly accessory. Why even file a ticket.... I can get an accessory for 5k, that's all I'm going to get back :/ most true valuables are enchants/enchanted items and they don't return that.

I lost two Lilly accessories once... They didn't even bother to mail regular accessories :I

I bet if Nexon logged ANYTHING even that would be fixed... I mean if they logged ANYTHING we wouldn't have as many packet editors...

I will laugh if the true reason Nexon cannot return enchants and colors to the owners for all users will be because it will be more paperwork for them.

So, could you put a fake one in? I lost some of my items like claus knight armor, and dustin gloves, etc. But could I say I lost dustin armor? Would they give it to me anyway? How do they know the specific item you had? :P
