Can I get a Debit Card at 7-Eleven?

The only thing I know of pre-paid credits, you use them and throw them away pretty much... Debits access your bank account, so it can't be a debit...
You can get a debit at some bankers with a checking account that's open at the age of 14 and up till like 19, then you upgrade to a college/full checking account.
