  As the others have mentioned, fighting this 3v1 is simply impractical. I did it on my Fiona at level cap and it still took me the better part of 15 minutes.
  The key is separating them. Even if you only stop one of them, that's 2~4 less HP bars (at minimum) and an extra set of trading blows gone. Spear lock one and run. Palala stun and run. Throw objects and run.
  On another note, the wolves are all really (and I mean REALLY) susceptible to stuns.

  Essentially it's stunning them then hitting the others. Separating them with terrain, through your own definitions is glitching, so we would avoid this. Considering you can only carry 6 Palalas, or 14 Spears, I will say this again, this will be very impractical with your damage and skill level.

  Well using the terrain isn't really a glitch. If you get one stuck at the top of the stairs behind the programmer's wall or some **** like that, that's glitching.

  That's not a programmer's wall, that's terrain. Theoretically, they should be able to aggro and attack you from anywhere on the map, and that is the only exception. I don't think you would be able to kill them quickly enough.

  Alright, so I just tried soloing this quest on my 34 Spear Lann using swords and it took me 8 and a half minutes, 4 Palalas, and 6 Fine HP Potions to do so. I kinda suck (or maybe really suck) with Lann, and since my Slip Dash level sucks too (it's at D), it was hard to get used to.
  
  Anyhow, how I did it was quite possibly one of the most idiotic ways I've ever beaten a boss in a game. My Lann has Standing Endurance 9 and Windmill. Windmill can proc off a hit even if you're not knocked down and just slide away. Werewolves fall down easily. Windmill can knockdown a wolf in one hit (even at Level F... which is what mine is at) giving you a free Slip -> Gliding hit. I wasn't intending on abusing Windmill that way, since I just ran into the battle headfirst without a plan, but Windmill seriously kicked their asses. Yeah, Windmill is a level 31 skill, but eh, getting one level isn't too hard.
  
  I'll upload a video in a bit; I'm gonna run it through Windows Movie Maker first though, since the original video is 3 GB and I'm not gonna waste 3 hours worth of bandwidth to upload this thing.

  The first time I knockdown a wolf with Whirlwind is at 15 seconds in, and that only took two Whirlwind hits to do so (both were crits).
  
  I wouldn't say that you should fight them like I did, since after awhile I was just dicking around, and it also took me 3 minutes to kill Black Breeze because for some reason I forgot how to chuck cement blocks at him, but that was easier than I thought it would've been.
  
  My main advice though would be to use Gliding Fury for dodging/repositioning as well as damage. It helps to use it to run away from where you think an another wolf is since it goes a long distance, so it'll give you more time to try and pull off an attack. Also, use Lann's normal attacks to move around. You're going to be chasing the wolves a lot, so using LLLLR to pursue a target can get you a free hit if the wolf gets stuck in an obstacle (and an LLLLR combo without any Needle stabs doesn't take stamina).
