I tried fishing with the rod, went through like 25 rods then just gave up.
It's kinda iffy even running vindictus right now since my computer's having...... issues.

When a school of fish appear, look for a giant pink bag floating along with them, and harpoon it. Open it up for the item which when used will give you the title. The item itself doesn't have "Master Baiter" in its name.
...or just search for "Title" in the marketplace and buy one (like I did when the leader of the boat I joined quit right after they got what they wanted :mad2:).
