Does anyone else feel lag on Tarlach?

  Yeah, does anyone else feel any lag? Before G13 I had no lag at all, and even with the hype of G4-6 and G9, I never felt this much lag. I know for a fact it isn't lag on my side since I run Mabinogi at around 40 FPS minimum. I've disabled nagle, forwarded the ports, and I've changed my MTU even though it doesn't help with the bandwidth I've got... Really, I can't find any way to explain this lag, since before all this happened, I was lagless enough to be one of the best duelers on the server(and I was for a brief amount of time). Any help or anything else is appreciated :D

  I'm lagging too. I don't want to blame the update or anything, but it isn't my connection. So idk.
