  Yes and no. It's broken up, so it's easy to read, even though there's a lot of reading, and a large number of links used as examples, so it's a major turn off. Of course, since this is your second application so far, I've already read over it, so I'll overlook the size~

  But it is good to see people taking more interest this time around, last time I know I wasnt so sure, so its cool to see that theres actually a strong desire for the positions.

  Doesn't even make sense to me, personally. I don't see how one random event would be some tipping point for one pre-designated person in the group to become its leader, when it's assuming a lot of things already.
  
  For example: 1.) Why does anyone care? I don't think someone else's promotion would really encourage anyone; in fact, it may actually do the opposite and discourage them since the wording makes it sound like advancement opportunities are nil since it's already been decided. 2.) If it's already decided, then why wait? 3.) If it's not decided, then who's to say they already exhibit said leadership abilities, and furthermore, with recruiting so many new people that one of them won't prove to be better fitted?
  
  Just seems a bit premature when logically considering the above. I don't understand it entirely myself. I'm playing a bit of a devil's advocate here, but I figure some others are probably wondering too. So, I may as well just ask. It's probably better to be clear about stuff like this so that everyone not within the 'in' crowd are left in the dark to wonder.
  
  So yeah. Wow, I started a carefree random joking around post and ended up sounding so serious... o_o... how did that....

  It sounded to me like since they were getting 4 new people they just wanted a leader to take charge and keep things organized, since they have already had the position and know what they are doing. Like, instead of just letting everyone kill each other (it might happen) and not get anything done, kinda helping everyone along.

  Because, we already decided that he will become leader. The first group of Event Helpers was supposed to be a field test to see if this site can have a team dedicated to making fun events for the community to enjoy. If everything went well, we would have continued to keep the group up and running, with the seasonal team change. However, due to Hannah's removal and Chock's inactiveness, we're going to be recruiting a new team a month ahead of schedule, and it wouldn't be fair for Rain if we picked someone else to replace him before his term was supposed to end, so we allowed him to be reselected automatically in the new group. We also are allowing him to help pick the new members. Because of these things, it's only natural that we would give him the leadership role.
  
  The reason I say that the new group is to actually release an event before their term is over is because if the new team doesn't do anything, then we'll just stop having Event Helpers from that point forward, and just let the members hold their own events. If there's no event group, how can there be a leader to guide them? We're just passing on the field test from Team Alpha to Team Bravo, and if everything goes as well as it should, then we'll even possibly expand the number of positions available to allow team members to focus on certain areas for events, namely events for each of Mabi's servers, events for each Vindictus server, as well as the general forum events. Because of this, that doesn't mean that Rain will be the sole Event Leader, so there is room available for advancement~
  
  The reason why I made that paragraph though was to be like one of those ads you see on TV about how you can sponsor some child in a third world country, so your support would get him to a better life.
