Recently I went back to Weaving and I usually save all my materials for Monday. However, recently, I've been told that things like Monday and Rain don't affect quality. But, before then, I was lead to believe that they indeed do affect quality. So can someone give any clarification, I have a bank tab and a half of Thin Threads and I'm not afraid to use them!

i've always been under the impression that it does effect quality output for weaving, but i have no actual source to base this on.

Ingame text: Increase in quality of output for productions
Shouldn't that be enough?

It does increase the quality. I have tested (yes I test everything look at siggy). The % increase as tested on 3 r8 weavers trying to make finest silks is about 6-8% on quality vs Non- Monday. This is also true for all production skills. You have somewhere between a 5-10% better chance of creating signature items. I have done over 200 tailor items and 100 Blacksmith items (I am rank 4 for both) on each monday and non-monday. (600 test items) as well as over 700 silks for ranking weaving (pre-g9) and 400 fabrics. If your really interested I can post my spreadsheet but its enough for me to say the number is 5-10% quality increase overall on mondays.
Also sidenote: For making silks the finest loom made in handicrafting increases your fine silks rate but not your finest rate. Professional silk weaving gloves also increase fine rate but not finest.
