In order for rain casting to give benefit to the drop rate from mobs, do you have to be standing under the cloud, or does the mob have to die under the cloud regardless of where you are?

I suspect that mob probably has to be withing the cloud's range when it dies. Not sure though.

It's not just gold, and it moistens the grip, making mobs more likely to drop things.

Where the body was when the final hit was applied to it is where the items actually drop.
