Can't help out with a list, but these perm valentines ones are just normal ones in Korea. We're kinda getting screwed over here. Or I guess not if you wanted them perm... but still, kinda sucks.

All I know is all the ones for evie right now are crap as far as I'm concerned. I actually stopped playing due to being annoyed at th poor choice.
