One of the hardest to train, but with a very good amount of dex is Weaving. Also heard that Handicraft is a good skill for dex.

Handicraft (up to rank C first) and weaving. I recommend weaving, especially after you are done with mithril fails for refine.

Weaving, but it takes a lot of training. Handicraft, but you require rank 5 Weaving and Rank 9 Blacksmith to make Woodboards for rank C and higher. Also, try First Aid, the books are easy to get but it does start asking for a lot of AP at B and higher. I highly suggest Weaving if you want more dex at lower AP costs. It is the life skill that gives the most dex, so I wouldn't see why not.

This. Weaving is hell.
I say go for the million pounds of AP, unless you really have time o.o

Ranged Attack for humans is an incredible dex-giving skill, though. Unless you have the time and patience to go through hellish life skill training, you're going to have a hard time getting to 200+ dex without Ranged. Since most of your melee skills are maxed, I'd definitely suggest you to rank Ranged Attack to 1 for the 50 dex and 6 str that it gives. If you don't want to go that route, Weaving and getting Blacksmith and Enchant to higher letter ranks should be good.

He pretty much summed it up.

For a visual representation, wiki go!
Stats and Skills - Mabinogi World Wiki
The number next to the skill name is how much Dex per AP you get.
For example - Ranged Attack (Human) (0.32) is 0.32 Dex per 1 AP.
Although those are only shown for having Rank 1 of the skill. In cases like Tailoring, where there's a 10 Dex bonus at the end, you'll get very little Dex/AP until you get rank 1 (if you can). So you'll have to look how much Dex each rank gives as well.

Whoa! Easy on that necroposting, ResilienT!
The limit is 2 months. Plus, I think the topic here was pretty much resolved.
