  Right, the guy who sang it is Russian, and I'm not denying it, but that doesn't change the fact that he's not singing in Russian for that song. The song, again, doesn't have any lyrics, and is nothing more than lalala's. Meaning that any person of any heritage can sing it and not be imitating anyone, insulting anyone (except for when used as a bait/switch video with the whole Trolololol part), or being of any harassment for others. It's just a song, with random noises made in tune to some music.
