Why thief? I do not think I use luck too often.

because luck boosts crit, and crit is amazing.
also because lower hp is better than medium hp. Though with rk1 CM and high rank defense you could also try to push your hp higher and go with high-hp build instead. But if your hp is above 50-ish or below 300-ish, then you should probably push it either up or down, whichever would be easier.
Go to the guides section and read the "second chance, the low hp build guide" for more explanation of why low hp can be good.
While you are there, look also for the guide on building your own -cp gear. Follow that guide and collect some peices. Your skills, stats, and equipment should easily carry you through karu dungeons and the like to get many of the pices, while your firebolt and fire wand should let you balloon easily enough for those parts of the guide.
Getting that cp gear, even just one or two -100 pieces will make things like WM training much easier for you.
I'd suggest getting Thunder. It is really easy to get, and it will boost your Will stat even higher, which will help with more crits. It will also let you raft more easily, and can even be used as an alternative form of combat from your melee/range build. It will also boost mp, which will make things easier if you decide to use your firebolt+ cc wand.
Get Mana shield. It is amazing.
Get AR. It will be a source of STR for your melee skills, as well as make archer much better for you. Crash shot would be another very powerful additon to your range skillset.
I wouldn't really bother with alchemy much for now. Only jump into alchemy if you're ready to get numerous skills from it. But if you do decide to focus on your archery some, barrier spikes is a pretty good tactical option to have available to you once you get to rk5+

@Was, because you started off your greeting with " You Noob" and proceeded to insult me.
At the -CP gear I have a jackal wizard suit, and I know that helps tons when doing Wm training.

As of enchants: For your armor put Defensive onto it, as you already seem to have a bridge for doing so.
Helmet: On my human, I used a Dragon Crest, and put something like Cold Gladiator in the future, but first starting out with something like Quartz/Corundum Giant on your hat.. Most people use Corundum Delusional, on a Tork's Merchant Cap from Fiodh Int for 4, so your range attack will help it activate. While doing Fiodh Int for 4, you can probably get FB 10 as a lucky drop, and then may as well sell that for extra money to purchase enchants/burnable items on them if you can't get enough stars to raft with for Tipping Suits that NPC for 23k each. If you're aiming for a hat that gives defense and protection, then stick with your current Evil Dying Crown, and enchant Quartz/Corundum Giant on it. Another good enchant is Vine, since it adds 10% crit -20 the luck which is 4% crit from the oroginal 14% it adds. It's obtainable from Guardian of Avon Int/Adv as I've gotten so far if you want the critical added. Be aware that you'll most likely get gems from the reward chests, so don't get discouraged if you keep getting gems. (Yay for ego?)
Armor:You seem to be making a bridge for Defensive, so keep aiming for it. Perhaps if you decide to do the Fiodh Int for 4, use the FB 10 money to get you a Defensive ES or item to enchant onto your armor. It may be a little risky, but Tioz isn't too expensive so it shouldn't be too risky to use. Another Imp ES can be obtained from Siren if you want to put it on something again. Unless you want something hard to obtain in the future like Ancient Darkness or Conceptual Avenger, stick with Defensive Imp for now. The other two are extremely risky and most people would put enchant protection potions onto the items in order to do so.
Gloves:Wooden Needle Dignified is good, but be aware that Dignified is personalized so it might be a little harder to obtain. It comes from the Mystery Box codes, but not sure if it comes from Rundal Adv, because I've never getten one from there by spamming it contonously. A replacement for Dignified can be Healer/Thief or Elegant which doesn't personalize things. Thief mostly because if you want the luck for the crit, then go for it, and Elegant is just a cheaper version of Dignified that doesn't personalize your item. Again, perhaps use the FB 10 money if you happen to do hat first towards the Wooden Needle Plate Cannon.
Boots:For now, put something like Diamond on Raven Greaves, if you don't mind the -3 defense lost through the Raven enchant. Imp and Defensive should back up for it though. If you don't like the -3 defense, put Hard Peaca to replace Raven afterwards, and the +20 MP helps if you learn Thunder for rafting too.
Weapons:Stick with Battle Swords for now and perhaps put something cheap like Wolf Hunter's Lizard, or Stiff Lizard, or even Corundum Giant will do you good. Though you may want to replace Giant with Lizard or Thief for the critical and not -15 if you're intending to learn Thunder. -15 Int is sort of a pain per enchant and it stack quite heavily if you use too many Giant enchants.
Later on if you can, get Beholder Swords and upgrade them to 0~90, or do the War Swords the same with the enchants mentioned above. When you get the money to repair them, get Incubus Horn enchants on them, since Master of Defense will also help with your Raven defense minused. Some other ones could also be Goddess Spike if you wanted to later on, too. The enchants are fairly high ranks except the 10x repair cost ones like Goddess and Caliburn, so be aware of that if you ever decide to do that..Might want to protect your weapons if you can.
With your wand, get a Phoenix Fire Wand with Shadow Hunter's on it, I suppose in the future. Otherwise, keep sticking with your Fire wand and put something cheap on it such as a Hope. With the +MP stacked up, you'll have a pretty good MP pool even with non R1 Thunder and Magic Mastery. Oblivion is also a good enchant when you come to the point where you can use those enchants and hunt for field bosses daily.
Shield:Instead of Round shield, get a Beholder Shield and upgrade it with Defense capabilities to negate the Raven's - defense even more, and add onto your defense. Put something like Rigid Marshal on it for now, or Guardian Colonel in the future. -20 Int from Gurdian isn't that bad as long as you don't use Giant enchants stacked up with Thunder. Since you CC firebolt, you may want to just stick with 1 -Int thing.
For skills: What's your Refine rank ? You may want to do it to R1 as a priority first if you haven't done it so yet. At least R5, hopefully, because you'll need less fails except for Mythrils which you can partially cover at even that dexterity with production failure pots and a Scarecrow (-dex) set.
Learn Thunder and AR, if you already have R1 Refine, because they'll be useful as you raft if you use one or the other. When you run out of MP and MP pots from Thunder, you can may as well switch to your bow and use AR for rafting or something.
Rank the WM to 1, as a first priority, or Refine if you haven't already done so because these skills could be difficult to rank at this time of your level..
Then afterwards do something like FH, because you'll need to kill multiple enemies for the higher ranks anyhow. And that could be a little hard without -CP. After you do FH, do Carpentry for more Str, then try for Charge and Assault Slash and the new G13 Masteries. Or you could start on your Archery Skills. The way I do it is to do the CP related skills first, and then do the ones with no CP requirements that can be done easily anytime, things such as Magnum Shot and Smash for extra damage.
Or even starting more Magic won't hurt. Start Mana Crystalization for a higher MP Pool, finish Magic Mastery to 1 and Icebolt to 1 for the extra base Int to Thunder with when you learn those. Even getting Ice Spear to 9 will help for rafting, but IS got nerfed badly without Ice Mastery so I wouldn't recommend that. R9 IS is when it uses MP less for more speed, is why.
Unless you're going to Alchemy or not wanting to buy Ores, don't rank Metallurgy any further unless you want more Stamina. Alchemy Mastery would do you pretty good too with more MP if you decide to be Mage or start on Alchemist and the extra Stamina will help with your Range Skills too.
Crash Shot is a must for range, and with that MP cost and Stamina cost, you might as well get a good pool of MP as well first too since you'll be spamming it for training or rafting when you get it to R1.
Mana shield is a good place to start getting MP from, but finishing Magic Mastery should be first if you want to get a MP pool.
Excuse the long blocks of text, but if it helps.

Wow that was a biggun Ryoko. My refine sadly is RC, after i finish up Wm and Crit, I will be working on that. Your advice is rather helpful, and I am putting it in a notepad for future reference.

Thanks for that, and I was in Rundal Advanced Hardmode while I was writing this up, so I did sort of a rush job. If you're unclear on anything, gimme a note in a game or PM me.
