The first drawing:
-The placement of the hand under the cape makes the arm look too short, no matter how you draw it underneath.
-Neck/head angle in relation to the body is off
-Neck is slightly too wide for the head. Makes him look a bit turkey-ish
-Lifted arm's wrist looks detached
Second drawing:
-The bulge on the left side of his neck, again, makes the neck too thick.
-Where the neck meets the collar is too narrow to support the head
Third drawing:
-Eyes are too wideset. The eye facing the audience is practically on the side of his head.
-Head/torso/waist size issues.
Again, the colouring is nice, but there're some problems with the proportions.
Do you sketch the basic frame and then do the rest?
First Drawing:

Is off but only slightly, he's putting his arm tilted back. As I draw my anatomy first, that's how I placed it, then covered it up later.
His left shoulder may be slightly large, but in no way really detached.
Neck's only large because that happens to be my style, I'm a cartoonist.
Again, style for the bone on the hand, I'm not a realism artist.
Second Drawing:
If I were to pick on anything, it's the eyes that are too big, the neck bulges, but that's how I draw necks. If cartoonists did realism, would they even be cartoonists?
Third Drawing:

his head's supposed to be larger, because he's tilted toward you, leaning his arm toward you as well.
As far as the eyes go, I wanted them placed apart because it gave him an inhuman look. That was done on purpose.
If I were to say anything was out of place, I would say the angle of the arm, pointing out toward the building is off, I always have trouble with angles.
I draw everything in detail on paper, scan and then CG it with the product GIMP.

Pretty nice. Did you draw these by hand, or on the computer?
Thanks! I started out on paper, then draw them on the Comp. I'm no expert, but the more I draw the better I'll get, no?

Are the wings supposed to be left minimalist?
yup! I just wanted them to be background things, and for you to look at Elatha more.
