I have a decent voice. It's actually pretty good sometimes if I'm in the right mood.
But.. I've always wanted to play the violin, QQ. I actually have one, but.. no time/money for proper lessons.

Acoustic guitar for 2 years
flute for 5
learning electric guitar soon..
The electric guitar is essentially the same as the acoustic guitar, just easier to play o.o Classic's the different one.

I've been playing guitar for two years. Self-taught, though, so not awesome or anything.
And I sing. Re-learning to read music and hopefully get good at it while I try my hands at the piano.

The human voice counts as an Instrument here!
I've played the Piano and the Violin, and now I play mostly guitar and the ukulele.

I played the Alto Sax, Tenor Sax, and Bari Sax.
Tenor was my main though.

In my life I've learned how to play the recorder (yay elementary school!), clarinet, piano and guitar, I didn't master any but those are the ones that if I picked up and had (simple) music I could probably figure it out.
To a lesser degree I knew Ukelele at one point, drums, and once someone let me try their violin, but that was like five seconds so it doesn't count. >.>

Oh, yeah--it's a lot easier. You don't need to use picks for either acoustic or electric, though o.o

Indeed, I generally don't use a pick when I play guitar (though not very well, yet). I'm a good deal better playing my ukulele. However, I've played piano/keyboards since I was about 5 years old, so that's the instrument I'm most comfortable with. I also sang in my middle school choir (though that was a long time ago).
As for other instruments I've played, I also have a harmonica and a penny whistle somewhere that I'd played with off and on in my youth.
Random Fact: I ranked up all the musical skills when I played Mabinogi over combat skills, because I enjoyed using them much more than the others.

WHY DON'T WE JUST HAVE SAX?
And Cynic, try to teach yourself the violin, even though a lot of people consider it one of the harder instruments to learn. Even if you don't reach uberpro status or something, you'll still have a base when you eventually take lessons.
