The diamond up there (on sandy beach) is most probably modded..and since it is from yydzh, it's not really an official image.
The one with the G13S1 logo is official. The other one with various sizes...is definitely a mod.

a 50 cm diamond will give 10% to all stats up to level 50. Are your egos upcapped past 50? We could not, without the odd equation they are using to do the gems, figure this one out until its uncapped some more.
I hope we do get some of those. Alexina prices for items are cheap and I would buy these up.

It will most likely just capped it to 10% of just about anything under level 50...
