Being cut open and having hot coals placed on your internal organs? Also you are being eaten alive.
I assume I'd die before that process was even halfway complete. If for some reason I was being kept alive.. Eh. Pain is pain. I'm sure I'd cry out in total agony due to the excruciating pain, but.. Terrified of it? No, can't really say I would be.. I don't see a reason to experience that sort of paralyzing fear. Things scare me, yes.. I have plenty of minor fears, but.. Like I said before.. Fear to the extent that was described in the original post? Can't say there's anything that can strike me like that.

Hmm what if you lost control of your body? You retained your consciousness but you couldn't move a muscle. Completely totally and utterly helpless.

My only real fear is drowning underwater.
Back before the first grade i feared heights, i thought the best way to face my fear would be to sit/stand ontop of the monkey bars all recess long, cause they look a lot higher up when your in gradeschool. It worked, at least enough that being on ladders and stuff is fine for me.
I can also swim perfectly well ontop of water, but am still terrified of going underwater. I figure that eventually ill get pissed enough one day at the public pool that i cant go underwater, and will try it anyway and find its not terrifying at all. Then again, ive been to the pool many many times, and never have been able to do it.

Paralysis (: . Good one, that's one of my minor fears. I would be panicked for a short amount of time, wondering what the hell was going on, but as the reality of what was going on slowly settled in, I'd come to accept my situation.

It'd be terribly depressing, but that's about it.

Losing my eyesight has to be number one for me. I don't think I would be able to go on if I couldn't see anything. Also, this sounds cliche, but, death. Once you've actually come close to dying, you realize just how scary it can be when you think everything might just end in an instant.
Anything else for me is just unpleasant, but, I'd get over it eventually.

i've always been selectively claustrophobic, i get filled with some pretty bad trepidation if I imagine being stuck in something like a coffin or a laundry dryer with no way out except for someone letting you out.
mm.. what else..
heights scare me, but I just freeze up and get scared but it's rather silent suffering since I kinda end up quicky shuffling away from the edge.
if any of you have been to the C.N. tower, you'll understand why I don't like the glass floors there.

I'm also afraid of drowning.
I once almost drowned in a pool because I couldn't get up in the water. AKA, I couldn't float.

abandonment.
the thought of being alone for the rest of my life.
and I'm not talking about being single. I mean completely alone, not a soul in sight.
I think I would go mad.
My worst fear being left alone. It scares me to since I have trust issues so I dont trust some of my friends because of that fear.
