Crit+Int/Mana Set

If you REALLY want to make the most of Hailstorm, go for a normal Crit set. Int/Mana would be a sub-thing.
In my experience, it depends somewhat on the spell, but...for Hailstorm, it mostly goes like this:
Crit > Mana > Int.
With the way Nexon has Mage enchants at the moment, anyway.
