Hey, I just made a guild.
So far, it's got 7 members. Everyone's on most of the time.
Anyway, I've never ran a guild before in Mabi. Any tips on how to expand and manage?

Recruit more active people, and do stuff with your guild members.

I'm kind of looking for more uh...advanced tips.
Like how should I recruit people, how to avoid drama, how to keep everyone happy. stuff like that.

All that depends on people who you recruit or other members recruit. Remind guild members to donate GP, and try to Reserve spots them to all the dungeons you need people for. As for the keep drama away, all I can say is do not hesitate to ban any undesirables.

Yeah level requirement is always good. Just make sure you yourself meet them xD
It's wise to set it low in the beginning, and when you have enough members/able to invite more members make it higher.

Remember that you are dealing with people here, not a skill build or how to build a character. It will depend on what kind of people you just happen to let into the guild.

Be content on what type of members you let into your guild, yes. One member could end up making the whole guild tear apart from drama or whatnot.. And if you're looking for mature players, active players, those would probably be good fundamentals of s guild. Active and regular contributions will keep the guild alive, with a bunch of upgrades. But as you approach the more members caps, be careful with who you let into your guild. Some people can really tear it down badly when your guild expands. There are people that leave, but don't get discouraged by that, even if they leave without notifying you. Some people are just natural born guild hoppers as well..
