I wanted to get a jump on it but the quest isn't translated and clicking the quest box doesn't give me an arrow leading to an appropriate NPC. Has anyone figured it out?

From what I can gather using said add-on and the Handicraft List...
- Day 1: Yolk Foam (V-Day Cake Kit x1, Egg x5) & Egg White Foam (V-Day Cake Kit x1, Egg x5, Sugar x1)
- Day 2: Whip Cream (V-Day Cake Kit x1, Milk x1, Sugar x1)
- Day 3: Yolk Dough (V-Day Cake Kit x1, Yolk Foam x1, Wheat Flour x1, Whip Cream x1)
- Day 4: Chocolate Cake Dough (V-Day Cake Kit x1, Yolk Dough x1, Melted Chocolate x1)
- Day 5: Rising Dough (V-Day Cake Kit x1, Chocolate Cake Dough x1, Egg White Foam x1)
I have tried Day 1's recipe and it does work for the quest. (Make Yolk Foam first, then Egg White Foam.) Only the instruction for Yolk Foam was left untranslated.
