Newbie Question: How to change SP Skills

  Did anyone know how to change SP skills?
  
  My SP skills change from Blind Arrow to Insane Reaper when I switch weapon from Staff to Sythe but when I switch back to staff, my SP skill change to Regeneration.
  
  Anyone know how can I change my SP skill to Blind Arrow? :(

  I did asked my friend and search internet before I ask .. but I can't find it...
  had posted a same question in nexon official forum but ppl there think this is a dumb pointless question and waste of a forum post, didn't answer my question. = =

  The default key for mouse+keyboard mode is 'x'.
