On wiki there is not a chart thats says what upper rank fishing does? What is the difference between rank f and rank 1 other than gaining will, dex,str and stam?
Can i get more rare items like red and black kite shield, 50 mp pots, red and black llb, and cleaver?
(this is my alt and i have over 300 ap saved up on him)

As far as I know, higher ranks just get more frequent bites. The actual items you get doesn't change, so you'll just get the same things, but faster.

That's crap then.
If u had 300 ap on your alt and u needed a easy way to make gold how would u use it???

luck or not, i just know during the fishing event. I had rN fishing and was doing the minigame to get 100% success rate with the baits.
With 300 baits i got nothing while the guy next to me had r1 fished 2 penguin robes, the dress, the suit and 2 bows
Oh yea no pots involved, well at least i was using. He wasn't when i asked

Not really. More speed means more items and plus fishing is one of the few (if not only, I don't remember) life skills that adds strength, and I'm guessing if you do any fighting on this alt, you'll be using melee since you don't seem to be using this account much and melee is the easiest to pick up. Having higher ranked fishing means more items waiting for you when you get back from AFK fishing.

I know you said you don't remember, so I'd like to add in that Carpentry is a significant source of strength as well.

Ah, yes, thank you. Carpentry is actually a better source of strength though it costs more AP (which really isn't an issue if you have 300 AP sitting around). However, as far as I know, carpentry isn't much of a money maker and it appears as though the OP is looking for easy skills to get into that can make you some money.

Another thing about ranking fishing is that if you manage to get Rank 5 or higher, you can use a special Fishing Rod and Bait, both made by Handicraft, that increases your chance to get items.

The items you get are determined by an already-established chance every time you get a bite. Higher ranks of fishing do several things, a couple of which have already been mentioned above. The first is increase the frequency of bites. This is good, as it can take a long time at early ranks before another bite comes along. The second, which works incredibly well with the first, is that it increases the success rate of auto-fishing. Not only do you get more bites, but you have much higher chance of actually reeling in the item through auto-fishing, thus requiring less manual participation if you're actively hunting an item and want to make sure you get it. Also, since auto-fishing skips the mini-game, a high success chance on it ultimately means you fish a lot faster. And combined with r5+, which allows the use of a special rod that increases the success chance of auto-fishing when the bite is a non-fish, non-scroll item (as well as special bait that further improves this chance), you'll not only be fishing faster and better, but fishing faster and better for the things you actually want. Slap on an Adonis Set to go with this, and you'll mostly only ever need to check back to monitor your inventory.

Well, blacksmithing is the best for making gold in the long run. However, it is one of the life skills of which the principle "you have to spend money to make money" is most true.

Light melkas actually earn back a lot of the training money when people go crazy buying enchant stock for their enchant scrolls that they opened out of the latest gachapon here.
