I'd note them before running dungeons to see if they're online or going afk. And note them again once I sent them stuff in the mail.

but having the ad up implies that they will be checking their mailbox now and then. if they wont be checking the mailbox within the next 5 hours why put up the sign at all? and if he logged off, he should have checked his mailbox before doing so, right?? bleh. im just gonna refrain from sending him any more stuff.

The point of leaving it up is so people remember their name and send enchants to that person. What if the person checked it in 6 hours? What Chiri said about noting is probably the best thing you can do before sending the enchant to another person that needs that enchant.

i disagree~ if they say they are buyING expireable things, it means they are in fact buying them at the time the party is up. i can understand if the items have no time limit; sure you can let people know that you're always buying that item, even though it's not right away. i just think ES buyers shouldn't be advertising if theyre not gonna be checking their mail for a long period of time.

I also hate it the other way around D: When I want to buy an enchant someone advertised on forums or via party. They say "meet me here almost done the dungeon i found the scroll in!", an hour later they're still not there, or offline, or sold it to someone who was closer to them. Half the time they don't even want to mail it for some reason.
