Npc age chart

  Just what I estimate the ages of all the NPCs are. Ages are listed as plus or minus two years.

  Rebirthing becomes available in present-mabiland doesn't it?
  Sort of a moot point there since mabi doesn't give us a total age listing, and vindictus has no aging really.

  They're only 5 years apart, they can still be childhood friends.
  
  And it explains why Keaghan was so good at everything even though Marrec tried his best. Like when he tried to save the bird's nest.
  
  It's not that Keaghan was so super great, it's just that he had 5 years more experience over Marrec, so it was easier for him to climb the tree.

  I doubt Aodhan and Ferghus are the same Aodhan and Ferghus from Mabi.
  
  Besides, even if it were, then Vindi ferghus would be younger than Mabi ferghus, so it works.

  That all seems a bit too far-fetched for me, if only because this is a medieval setting, so the average life span probably isn't anywhere near 80+ unless you know magic... which Ernmass hasn't demonstrated he does.
  
  Hell, they're still using ridiculous "remedies" to cure a stomach flu. One of the new quests has you fetching some poison sac or something from Poison Diggers to help some NPC guy overcome his upset stomach.

  That actually looks pretty good, though I think Ernmass is in his seventies (around 73), Ferghus is in his fifties (around 52), and Gallagher is in his thirties (around 36).

  Yeah, when I was looking at it again, I got the feeling I listed Ernmass as being too old.
  
  I don't think Gallagher is older than Aodhan though. It doesn't really make sense as Aodhan is his commander, and often has to scold him for being too brash.

  I'm pretty much just going on looks+my gut, not relationships to other NPCs or anything.
  So I suppose that could skew some things...

  I thought rebirthing could only be done by Milletians? Most of the NPCs in Mabi are Tuatha De Danann who don't even know about rebirth. There's only one known Tuatha who was reborn, but that person's the exception to the rule.

  An average life span isn't truly indicative of the highest age one will reach in his or her lifetime. Also, even many modern medicines can be made from things normally harmful to us, such as animal venom, and any medicine can be considered poison if taken in too strong a dose. And don't forget that this is a fantasy world where injuries can be recovered using potions and magic and alchemy exist, so things probably work very differently.

  Aislynn is kind of a mother-like character over Tieve and the rest. I don't think that she'd only be 3 years older.
