From what I've seen it looks like you need to be level 48 for most, if not all, of them.
Just wondering if anyone has reached 48 and can confirm this to be true.

yes, of course.
on a side note, I got r6 slip dash and it says maxed. I wish it'd just keep on ranking to r1, but oh well... lol.
