Shock title

  Anyway, before mods come here and start flipping off at me, there was a small glitch, at least i remember something about it, that you could swap the shock title, get the attack bonus then switch back to another title and keep the bonus. But you couldn't CC/logoff, etc etc etc or the bonus would go away

  Broken as in doesn't work or broken as in the glitch people have talked about for extra dmg.
